What payment methods are available?

Our association only accepts bank transfers.
Please make the payment at least 20 days before the start of the trip.

When does the cancellation fee apply?

Cancellation fees will apply from 20 days before the scheduled departure date.

[Cancellation by the Customer]
Customers may cancel their reservation at any time by paying the cancellation fee as defined below. The ‘cancellation date of the travel contract’ is the day the customer notifies us of the cancellation within our business hours.

Cancellation Fees
The cancellation fee (per person) is calculated based on the date of cancellation in relation to the departure date as follows:

If I have food allergies, can you provide meals that accommodate my allergies?

We accommodate food allergies as much as possible.

How many days before the tour date can I make a reservation?

Reservations can be made from two months prior to the scheduled departure date.

What is not included in the travel price? 

“Items not included in the travel price are as follows (examples):

  1. Excess baggage fees (for items exceeding the specified weight, volume, or number)
  2. Personal expenses such as laundry, telegram and phone charges, additional meals, and associated taxes and service fees
  3. Entrance fees and transportation costs for sections or activities marked as ‘free time’, ‘free exploration’, ‘optional’, or ‘customer’s responsibility’ in the itinerary
  4. Additional charges for single occupancy rooms
  5. Fees for optional tours (small trips with additional charges) available to participants only
  6. Other additional charges not included in the itinerary, such as entrance fees, meal costs, transportation fees, etc., at the customer’s request
  7. Transportation and accommodation costs from your home to the departure/arrival points
